These terms apply to the use of the Kekstra B.V. dealer portal. By logging in you agree to these terms.
Access to the portal is granted under a dealer agreement. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Report suspicious activity immediately.
The portal may only be used to manage quotations, invoices, and appointments under your dealer agreement. Misuse or unauthorized access will result in immediate blocking.
Kekstra B.V. aims for maximum availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Kekstra B.V. is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages resulting from use or unavailability of the portal.
All software, designs, and content of the portal are owned by Kekstra B.V. or its licensors. Copying or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
Kekstra B.V. may terminate access upon violation of these terms or termination of the dealer agreement.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
